Regarding delivery

  • Products are usually shipped from Monday to Friday.
    * Excludes Golden Week, Obon period, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.

    The product will be delivered 1-3 days after it is shipped.
    * Please note that it may take longer than the above due to various circumstances such as consecutive holidays, traffic conditions, order status, etc.

    The delivery address is only within Japan.

  • It will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
    Shipping charges will apply depending on the area where you live.

This is a method of paying the price when the product is delivered.
Products will be delivered by Takkyubin. Please pay the delivery person in cash.
A COD fee will be charged separately according to the purchase price.

Basically, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or the item is different from the ordered item.

 

If a defect occurs due to our inadequacies, such as a defect in the product or the wrong product arrived,
